Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our innovative Web3 protocol company, disrupting the freelance job/microwork sector. As a stealth platform, we are strategically positioned to compete and excel in this fast-growing market. Our key partners include the Opera browser (350M+ users), IDEO, and the Celo Foundation.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new client opportunities to secure large volumes of microwork tasks (e.g., surveys, AI data labeling, and product reviews) with a primary focus on the US, Europe, and UK markets. This remote position requires you to engage effectively across different time zones. Your efforts will be crucial in expanding our client base and driving the growth of our platform.

We are seeking a candidate with outstanding communication skills (oral, written, and presentation), a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment, and a willingness to learn and adapt. Compensation: BDT 140k - 150k.

Responsibilities:

• Crafting and presenting compelling narratives to potential customers who are in need of microworkers for AI data labeling, market research, surveys, product reviews etc.

• Working with clients to define their requirements and working with our tech team to translate those requirements into tangible features for our web3 protocol and app.

• Figure out creative solutions to client’s problems and design jobs/tasks for microworkers to solve those problems.

• Maintaining business relationships with clients in the rapidly evolving microwork space.

• An extraordinary communicator, able to distill complex ideas into simpler forms for clients, and able to communicate across a wide range of teams (technical, marketing/sales, strategy).
